Rio De Oro Jewelry is proudly based in New York City and operates from 1191 Liberty Ave, New York, NY. We ship within the United States only.

2. Products & Orders

All items are subject to availability. We do our best to display our jewelry accurately, but slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized jewelry is made especially for you.

Custom orders are final sale
No refunds on custom items
Exchanges may be allowed, subject to approval and item condition

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry.

Non-custom items: May be exchanged if unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Custom items: Exchange only (no refunds).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All exchanges require approval.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delays are outside our control.

6. Repairs & Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship.

Manufacturing defects may be eligible for repair or replacement at our discretion.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or lost items are not covered.
Repairs outside warranty may be available for a fee.
